In connection with recruitment of professional manpower Faroe Offshore  handle all practical matters related to recruitment, selection, transportation to and from the "site", all personal insurance for its employees and the provision of all personal protection equipment and personal hand tools (optional).

Faroe Offshore has signed an appointment with EL & IT in Norway and ensures that all staff are paid in accordance with current regulations.

In close cooperation with NAV and Tax Administration in Norway provides Faroe Offshore for exemption from social security contributions for its employees where this is desirable, and calculate and collect tax for Norwegian authorities in accordance with current regulations.
